English for specific purposes for university educational programs

This textbook is designed to develop professional and academic foreign-language communicative competence among students of non-linguistic educational programs. The structure of the textbook comprises five modules, each divided into three logically interrelated sections, and includes a wide range of tasks aimed at developing all core language skills: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Special emphasis is placed on fostering critical thinking skills essential for successful academic, professional, and research activities. The methodological approaches implemented in the textbook reflect current trends in the teaching of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) and constitute a significant contribution to the advancement of foreign language pedagogy for students of non-linguistic specialties.
