Theory and Practice of Preventing of Technogenic Emissions into the Natural Environment

The present state of the natural environment and the rational use of natural resources outlined the mechanism of the impact of mining of mineral processing on natural components and complexes, peculiarities of the atmosphere and microclimate of quarries and underground mines, sources of dust and gases and measures to combat them. The methodology for assessing the degree of danger of disturbance and pollution of the natural environment and determining the permissible emissions and discharges of pollutants is given. The main provisions for selecting and justifying measures for the protection of land, water and mineral resources as well as ways and means of preventing atmospheric pollution are given. Specific technological schemes of engineering, economic and organizational measures for environmental protection are shown. For students, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students of higher and secondary special educational institutions, employees of the apparatus of administrative terror units, managers and specialists of state enterprises and private firms who have to deal with the problems of nature management to varying degrees.
