The course book has been designed for the tutors and the 4th year students majored in Translation studies. The aim of the textbook is to develop students’ practical skills and abilities in mastering the English language within the framework of general professional communication area for specific purposes-translation and at the same time to provide the students with the Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) devices and technology and the ways of its training, which corresponds to the European Competence Level-C1.The materials are prepared for 12 weeks. The target course book is a systematic and methodological presentation of topic units( blocks) that cover social, cultural, professional, public, political, business, economic and intercultural communication areas and are accompanied by the set of the up-to-date teaching approaches adequate to the Advanced Level-C1 of the International Education Standars.
