The textbook contains basic data on the pharmacology of drugs affecting the peripheral nervous system. Historical aspects of the search and introduction of some medicines into medical practice are considered, modern classifications of medicines, detailed pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, basic indications and methods of use, side effects and possibilities of their correction are given. The effects of drugs on the fetus and children's body are described. The use of preparations in dentistry has been highlighted. The textbook was prepared in the discipline "Pharmacology" in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities of all specialties and areas of training.
