The monograph is aimed at improving the conceptual, theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the process of formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of intellectualization of management systems of industrial enterprises in the formation of intellectual knowledge of the economy. The relevance of the research is confirmed by the fact that the dominance of the intellectual factor in the management of national enterprises as a key factor in the formation of their competitive advantages in achieving managerial, economic, social, capitalization and image efficiency is steadily growing. There is a need for the development of the concept of intellectualization management systems of enterprises, strategic and tactical management of the process of intellectualization, as well as methodological support for the analysis of intellectualization of the management systems and evaluation of its effectiveness.
